The client must provide complete and accurate employer, domestic-worker, salary, appointment and contact information. Payroll SA may rely on the information supplied when preparing registrations, payroll records and submissions.
Fees are charged according to the current Payroll SA pricing schedule. Monthly payroll services are billed per employee per month. Once-off registration, COIDA, UIF, termination and administration services are billed according to the selected service.
Payroll SA prepares and supports submissions to the relevant authorities where applicable. Processing times, reference numbers, assessments, claim outcomes and system availability may depend on external departments or service providers.
The client remains responsible for paying employees correctly, paying statutory contributions and assessments where required, informing Payroll SA of changes, and reviewing information before it is submitted or used.

The client should notify Payroll SA of salary changes, new employees, terminations, leave, banking changes and contact changes as soon as possible. Monthly services may be cancelled by written notice, subject to payment for work already performed or due.
