What’s Included in the Registration Service
Our once-off registration package ensures you're fully compliant with South African labour laws. The service includes:

• UIF Registration for the Employer: Registering you as a private household employer with the Unemployment Insurance Fund.
• COIDA Registration: Registering with the Compensation Fund to cover workplace injuries or illnesses.
• UIF Registration for Your Employee: Ensuring your staff member is registered for UIF benefits.
• Employment Contract: Issuing a compliant and professionally prepared Contract of Employment.
• Payroll Setup: Setting up your employee's monthly payroll.
• Historical Recapturing: Capturing historic salary and UIF payment data to bring your records up to date.

Mandatory: Initiation Fee (R491.14 per employee in the first month, includes R395.31 registration + R95.83 payroll, thereafter R95.83/month per employee). Choose your payment plan below. Prices are VAT inclusive.

Step 2: Small Business/Body Corporate Services

Select your payroll processing plan for your small business or body corporate. Prices are VAT inclusive.

Mandatory: UIF & COIDA Initiation Fee (Once-off: R1,914.00 for the company).

Mandatory: Payroll Processing & UIF Submissions (R491.14 per employee in first month, includes R395.31 registration + R95.83 payroll, thereafter R95.83/month per employee).

Step 3: Additional Services We Offer

We provide the following services to ensure compliance and support for your private household, small business, or body corporate. Prices are VAT inclusive. We will assess and quote for these services based on your payroll setup.

Statutory Services

These services are required only if any employee earns above the tax threshold. We will assess this during payroll setup and provide a quote.

• PAYE Registration with SARS
  • Once-off registration for entities with employees above the tax threshold

• Monthly EMP201 Submission
  • Monthly PAYE, UIF, and SDL submissions to SARS

• Bi-Annual EMP501 Submission
  • Reconciliation of PAYE, UIF, and SDL for SARS

Termination of Service

Ending an employment relationship — whether mutual or not — involves important documentation to ensure legal compliance and a smooth transition for both the employer and the employee. We provide all the necessary support to manage this process correctly and efficiently.

Recommencement of Service
