Mandatory: Payroll Processing & UIF Submissions (R491.14 per employee in first month, includes R395.31 registration + R95.83 payroll, thereafter R95.83/month per employee).

We provide the following services to ensure compliance and support for your private household, small business, or body corporate. Prices are VAT inclusive. We will assess and quote for these services based on your payroll setup.
Statutory Services
These services are required only if any employee earns above the tax threshold. We will assess this during payroll setup and provide a quote.
- PAYE Registration with SARS
- Once-off registration for entities with employees above the tax threshold

- Monthly PAYE, UIF, and SDL submissions to SARS

Termination of Service
Ending an employment relationship — whether mutual or not — involves important documentation to ensure legal compliance and a smooth transition for both the employer and the employee. We provide all the necessary support to manage this process correctly and efficiently.
